Threads Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of data collected through the Chapka Threads API integration at any time.
How to request deletion
Email us at support@chapka.cloud with the subject Threads Data Deletion.
Please include the Threads username or email address associated with your integration so we can locate the relevant records.
What we delete
We will delete data associated with your account, including:
- Threads user ID;
- Threads access tokens;
- saved keywords and monitoring settings;
- notification settings;
- stored search results associated with your account.
Timeline
We will complete deletion within 30 days and reply when the request has been processed.
